30 DAY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
If for any reason a Customer is dissatisfied with any Naked Granola product, he or she may return that product and/or any unused portion of the product or empty containers to Naked Granola, LLC and request an exchange for other products of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. If the Customer does not desire to exchange products, the Customer may request a refund based on the purchase price (less shipping and handling). In the case of "Free Shipping", the refund will be for the total amount paid for the product as no shipping charges were applied to the invoice.
The Customer is responsible for paying return shipping on the unused or unwanted products unless the return is a result of our error. (You received an incorrect item, a defective product, or product damaged in shipment, etc.). In these cases, we will issue a return shipping label to the customer at no charge. All exchanges are final.

1. SHIPPING METHODS.
We use UPS and FEDEX Standard Ground Service, and USPS Priority Mail to ship all of our products. Most products are shipped within 24 hours and are received in an average of 2-7 days depending on customer location in the continental United States. Shipping times and schedules are completely controlled by each shipping provider. Expedited shipping is available at the request and cost of the customer. Tracking numbers issued per shipment allow for easy package tracking and can be accessed by logging into your secure customer account.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most products can be shipped Internationally and will be billed at the shipping provider's rate for the corresponding country. Please contact us for more details on International Shipping before placing an order.
2. PRICING.
Basic shipping costs are exact charges billed by the common carriers. From time to time, we run "Free Shipping" specials. These specials may apply to only some or to all products in our store. If shipping charges do apply, they are reflected on the customer invoice at the time the order is placed.
